This Privacy Policy explains how Cred Qualify (“Cred Qualify,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit credqualify.com or submit a request through our website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Cred Qualify is an online loan information and matching service. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not fund loans. When you submit a request, we pass your information to lenders and related partners who may be able to help, and those lenders decide whether to offer you a loan and on what terms.

- Loan request details, such as the amount you want and the reason for your request
- Financial and employment details, such as income, pay frequency, employer, and bank account information
- Identity details, such as date of birth, driver license or state ID number, and Social Security number, where you choose to provide them on a request form
- Messages you send us by email, phone or contact form
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location and language
- Pages viewed, links clicked, referring website and time spent on the Site
- Cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)
Information from other sources
We may receive information from lenders, marketing partners, analytics providers and identity or fraud-prevention services to confirm or supplement what you provide.
3. How we use information
- To process your request and match you with lenders and related partners
- To contact you about your request by phone, text, email or mail, in line with the consent you give
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To measure and improve our content and advertising
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
4. How we share information
- Lenders and partners. When you submit a request, we share the information you provide with lenders and partners in our network so they can evaluate your request and contact you. Each lender uses your information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
- Service providers. Companies that host the Site, send communications, provide analytics, or help prevent fraud, who may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of users, Cred Qualify or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets.
Under some state laws, sharing information with lenders or advertising partners may be described as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
5. Your choices
- Marketing messages. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text message, or contact us to stop calls. See our Consent to Electronic Communications and Contact page.
- Lender communications. Once a lender has your information, you must ask that lender directly to stop its messages.
- Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and the options in our Cookie Policy.
6. State privacy rights
Residents of California and certain other states may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request access to or a copy of it; to correct inaccurate information; to request deletion; to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@credqualify.com or call the phone number on our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. Some information, such as a request already passed to a lender, may be held by that lender and must be requested from it directly.
7. Browser signals
Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, intended to protect your information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Never share your password or one-time codes with anyone claiming to represent Cred Qualify, and never pay a fee to receive a loan.
9. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and then delete or de-identify it.
10. Children
The Site is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party sites
The Site may link to lenders and other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information.
12. Financial privacy notice
Lenders that provide credit are required to give their own privacy notices under federal and state law. Review the notice from any lender you choose to work with.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
